Service description
PlanFare is a trip budgeting and planning application. It helps you plan trips, track expenses, split costs with travelers, and manage travel logistics.
Accounts
You must create an account to use PlanFare. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person.
Subscriptions
- Free tier: 1 active trip at a time with full features. Past trips are view-only.
- Pro tier: $4.99/month or $34.99/year, billed through Stripe
- Cancel anytime — access continues until end of billing period
- No refunds for partial months, but we'll consider exceptions for technical issues
Acceptable use
Use PlanFare for personal trip planning. Don't use it to store illegal content, spam other users, or attempt to exploit the service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
AI features
AI-generated content (destination intel, packing lists, chat responses) is informational only. Always verify critical information (visa requirements, emergency numbers, health advisories) with official sources. PlanFare is not liable for AI-generated inaccuracies.
Data and liability
PlanFare is provided “as is.” While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, we are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or financial decisions made based on the app's calculations. Always keep independent records of important financial information.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll notify users of significant changes via email.
